Hamas Official Says Ali al-Amoudi Was Wounded in October 3 Israeli Strike

An unnamed senior Hamas official said Ali al-Amoudi, who manages the terror group's political bureau affairs in Gaza, suffered moderate injuries and limb fractures in Israel's October 3 strike on an apartment near Gaza City's port. The official said al-Amoudi was in a side section of the apartment when it was hit and was receiving treatment at a secure location. His account contradicts earlier Hamas-source claims that al-Amoudi had left before the strike after a warning. The official declined to confirm or deny those earlier accounts; no independent confirmation of the injuries was provided.
