Madlan Data Show Home Sale Discounts of Up to 7.6% in Selected Israeli Neighborhoods

A neighborhood comparison using Madlan data shows apartment sale prices below sellers' final asking prices in selected Israeli neighborhoods. The gap reached 7.6% in Afridar in Ashkelon and 6.6% in the HaHotrim complex in Tirat Carmel. In Tel Aviv's Old North, the difference was approximately NIS 270,000, while central Nahariya and central Kiryat Ata each recorded a 6.3% gap. The figures measure the difference between the last advertised price and the transaction price, rather than price declines over time. Earlier reductions in a property's advertised price may therefore precede the measured discount.
