Ashkelon Penthouse Resells for NIS 7.5 Million After Earlier Deal Collapsed

A six-room penthouse in Efgad’s Briza project in Ashkelon has been resold for NIS 7.5 million, in a transaction disclosed on Sunday. The apartment on Modi’in Street has 188 square meters of interior space and a 115-square-meter terrace. An earlier buyer agreed to the same price about two years ago but canceled at the end of last year after failing to sell two properties needed to finance her purchase. Efgad marketing vice president Yael Dekel said the new buyers are a Jewish couple from the United States who plan to divide their time between the two countries. After one viewing, negotiations and signing proceeded remotely.
