Police Assign Journalist and Diplomat Attack Cases to District Central Unit

Israel Police assigned the investigations into Friday’s attack on a female journalist and Saturday’s attack on diplomats to the Judea and Samaria District’s Central Unit. The assignment came during an assessment held by district commander Moshe Pinchi with district command staff and other security officials on October 17. Police said investigators and forensic personnel had collected evidence and findings at the scenes and taken testimony after receiving reports of the attacks. The force said it had reinforced investigative teams, with investigators across the district working around the clock to locate those responsible.
