Police reported ten arrests on Monday morning in a dawn operation at several locations in the Binyamin area, following weekend violence. The investigation concerns incidents including an attack on a foreign female journalist and a suspected attack on foreign diplomats in Taybeh. Judea and Samaria district police carried out the operation with the Shin Bet, supported by Border Police, the IDF and the Rakia unit. The suspects were taken for questioning, and the district's Central Unit was assigned the investigation. District commander Moshe Pinchi said investigators were collecting evidence and testimony.
