Rubio Calls Recent Footage of West Bank Settler Violence Troubling

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio described recent footage of settler violence in Judea and Samaria, also known as the West Bank, as troubling. His remarks followed Friday’s attack on American photographer Heidi Levine while she was covering the olive harvest at Abu Falah, near Ramallah. They also came after an attack on Saturday on a European diplomatic delegation visiting Taybeh, another village near Ramallah. The delegation included representatives of France, Belgium and Poland.
