Minister May Golan Completes Lengthy Questioning in Corruption Inquiry

Minister May Golan completed questioning under caution at the Lahav 433 police unit on Wednesday evening in an inquiry involving suspected bribery, fraud and breach of trust. The session lasted roughly ten hours, although reports differed on its exact length. Investigators may summon her for further questioning, with another session remaining a possibility rather than a confirmed appointment. The case had already been sent to prosecutors months earlier, and the decision on whether to bring an indictment remains with them; no decision to indict was reported.
