Superland and Luna Park Companion Fee Waiver Stays in Place During Review

The Jerusalem District Court has closed amusement-park operator Ir Hasha’ashu’im’s petition by agreement, returning the question of companion admission exemptions to the Justice Ministry’s disability-rights commission for a fresh review. Superland and Luna Park must continue honoring the admission-fee waiver for companions of eligible people with disabilities while the review proceeds. The commission will hear relevant parties and issue a new policy decision by March 31, 2027. Commissioner Dan Rashal said the process would involve people with disabilities, families and service providers. Either party may seek further court review after the new policy is published.
