Willi-Food Recalls Beit Yehuda Fruit Over Possible Packaging Particles

G. Willi-Food International has announced a voluntary recall of Beit Yehuda fruit in light syrup after an internal quality check raised concern that polymer material could peel from the packaging seal and leave particles in the food. The notice identifies the 820-gram product by barcode 7296073748762, expiry date May 2, 2029, and batch E122 4100/01044 624. Consumers who have the identified product are asked not to eat it and may contact the company at *5042. The importer is collecting the product from distribution channels in coordination with the Health Ministry’s Central District Food Service.
