Maytronics Discloses FIMI Offer to Invest NIS 200 Million for 50% Stake

Maytronics disclosed on October 23 that it had received a non-binding proposal from FIMI for a NIS 200 million cash investment in exchange for newly issued shares representing about 50% of its capital after issuance. The initial price would be NIS 1.821 per share, based on a NIS 200 million pre-money valuation. The proposal also includes options to invest up to another NIS 150 million by the end of 2028. Completion remains subject to due diligence, binding agreements and required approvals. An independent board committee will negotiate the terms.
