Scinai Closes $4 Million Financing Through Private Placement and Warrant Exercise
Published
Jerusalem-based Scinai Immunotherapeutics announced on October 16 that its private placement and warrant-inducement transactions had closed and that it had received approximately $4 million in gross proceeds. The total is before placement-agent fees and expenses and excludes proceeds from any future exercise of newly issued Series A-1 warrants. Scinai plans to use the net proceeds, alongside existing cash, to advance customer programs, pursue additional contract development and manufacturing business, and selectively invest in its immunotherapy pipeline. The company operates biopharmaceutical services facilities in Jerusalem and Yavne through its wholly owned subsidiary.
