Trump Says He Is Unaware of Possible Weekend Iran Strike After Envoy’s Remarks

U.S. President Donald Trump said he was unaware of a possible strike against Iran during the coming weekend, responding to a question about comments by Washington’s ambassador to Turkey, Tom Barrack. In an interview excerpt posted by Mario Nawfal on October 23, Barrack answered affirmatively when asked whether such a strike could take place that weekend. Asked about that possibility, Trump replied, “If that is the case, I know nothing about it.”
