Trump Threatens Further Action Against Iran at Alaska Rally

U.S. President Donald Trump threatened further action against Iran while addressing an election rally in Alaska on Tuesday. He said Washington had lost patience with Tehran and reiterated that Iran would not be allowed to acquire a nuclear weapon. Trump also asserted that Iran’s nuclear capabilities were buried beneath thousands of tons of rock. He gave no details of a specific operation or timetable for the further action he threatened, leaving the warning as a statement of intent rather than an announcement of a new attack.
