Iranian Officials Reportedly Warn of Ground Incursions if US Strikes Resume

Iranian officials reportedly hinted that their forces could conduct ground incursions into neighboring countries if American strikes resume, according to people familiar with private warnings. The reports did not identify which countries might face ground operations. Officials also reportedly warned Arab officials of attacks on Saudi oil installations and other Gulf infrastructure in renewed fighting. They separately warned mediators of intensified attacks on US personnel, including attempts to sink American warships. The account describes conditional threats attributed to unnamed officials, rather than confirmed orders or incursions.
