Trump Says He Does Not Believe China and Russia Are Helping Iran

U.S. President Donald Trump said on October 13 that he does not believe China and Russia are helping Iran, disputing assertions of assistance from the two countries. In a Truth Social post, he said any such help, if it exists, would be at a "very low level," while reiterating that he does not think it is happening. Trump argued that China and Russia have "too much to lose" and that the United States would detect assistance quickly. He presented these points as his assessment of the two countries' conduct, without identifying a particular shipment or transaction.
