IDF Details Several-Day Hebron Operation and Three Screened Exit Points

The IDF and Shin Bet said late Friday that a counterterror operation in Hebron is expected to last several days and is confined to the area from which two terrorists operated. Troops began focused searches for weapons and terrorist infrastructure and questioning many dozens of suspects. Residents of the operational area can leave through three designated points after questioning and security screening; anyone raising suspicion will undergo further questioning. The joint statement said the operation follows a Friday clash in which two IDF soldiers and both terrorists were killed, with other soldiers wounded.
