Health Ministry Details Hospital Voting Arrangements for October 27 Election

The Health Ministry outlined hospital voting arrangements on October 26 ahead of the next day’s election for the 26th Knesset. The announcement covers tens of thousands of patients in general, psychiatric, nursing and rehabilitation hospitals, and institutions with more than 50 licensed inpatient beds. Patients voting at institutional polling stations must present identification and hospitalization confirmation issued by the responsible institution official, who can also answer election-day questions. Medical staff who cannot reach their registered polling station may also vote at the hospital station under the applicable law.
