Israeli Startups Raise $453 Million Across 13 Reported October Funding Rounds

Israeli startups raised $453 million across 13 reported funding rounds in an October compilation published on October 30. The total was below the figures listed for the same month in each of the previous three years. The report also counted 10 merger-and-acquisition transactions during October, separately from its financing tally. The funding breakdown showed three rounds for growth-stage companies, which the compilation defined as companies raising Series B or later financing. The other 10 rounds were at the seed or Series A stages. Among the Series A rounds included in the report, individual investments ranged from $13 million to $40 million. The stage breakdown therefore placed most of the reported rounds in the earlier funding categories. For comparison, the compilation listed $495 million raised by 13 Israeli startups in October 2023 and $900 million in October 2024. Its October 2025 figure was $550 million, including $300 million raised by a single company. The latest $453 million total was $97 million below that 2025 figure. These comparisons concern the October funding figures reported in the compilation, while the acquisition count is a separate measure of the month's technology-sector transactions.
