Four-Room Netivot Apartment Sells for NIS 1.695 Million After Two Years on Market

A four-room apartment in Netivot’s Neve Sharon neighborhood sold for NIS 1.695 million after approximately two years on the market, in a transaction disclosed on October 31. The 113-square-meter property is on Haim Nahman Bialik Street. The disclosure did not specify when the sale was completed. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building and includes parking, a storage room and a 15-square-meter balcony. Its asking price was NIS 1.7 million. The sellers had left Netivot, while the buyers moved from outside the city and bought the apartment to live in themselves. Oz Eliya, the RE/MAX Touch Netivot franchisee, said the buyers had initially pursued another apartment but found it beyond their budget. He attributed the price of this property to its location in a small building with five households and to improvements the sellers had made. Avital Bokai handled the transaction with assistance from Roi Iluz. “We are still in a buyer’s market,” Eliya said. He described local prices as relatively static, with supply exceeding demand. In his assessment, extensive new construction is adding to the supply available to buyers, while owners of existing apartments compete with financing offers from developers.
