Tel Aviv Apartment Sells for NIS 2.55 Million After NIS 130,000 Price Cut
A three-room apartment in Tel Aviv’s Park TLV neighborhood sold for NIS 2.55 million, NIS 130,000 below its initial asking price of NIS 2.68 million. The transaction details, newly reported on November 7, concern a 75-square-meter home on Harav Yaakov Trab Street. The apartment is on the 12th floor of an 18-floor building, with a 10-square-meter balcony, parking and a view toward the park. The property was marketed for about two weeks. The sellers were upgrading their housing and moving to another part of Tel Aviv, while the buyers already lived in the neighborhood and bought another apartment there. Guy Barel, a team leader at RE/MAX Win, said the purchasing decision came relatively quickly because the apartment met the buyer’s requirements. Completing the transaction took longer because the buyer needed to sell another apartment to finance the purchase. “There is movement all the time,” Barel said. He described buyers as hesitant and sales as taking time, adding that these conditions had persisted for about three years. His office had not observed a significant recent change, he said. Other newly reported transactions included a 118-square-meter, five-room apartment on Yehiel Michel Pines Street in Petah Tikva, sold for NIS 2.48 million. A 190-square-meter, seven-room apartment on Moshe Levy Street in Rosh Ha’ayin’s Psagot Afek neighborhood sold for NIS 3.88 million.
