There is ONE ROAD for Palestinians connecting northern and southern West Bank. It is blocked by the notorious Container Checkpoint, which the IDF routinely closes for hours at a time, and harasses random Palestinians passing by. In the meantime, settlers have several uninterrupted highways connecting the same areas, which Palestinians are forbidden to use. The 15 km stretch between Maale Adumim and the Dead Sea that you highlighted is largely a Firing Zone and Palestinians are not allowed to be there, there are no usable roads there. Zionists often say that "Palestinians are the only people who inherit refugee status", while the entire Zionist project is predicated on inheriting refugee status over hundreds of generations across 2000 years. Palestinian Refugee Camps are some of the most densely populated areas in the world. There are people still alive who were expelled from their hometowns in Jaffa, Haifa, Jerusalem, Lydd, and many others. Nonetheless, Israeli occupation forbids them from even visiting their hometowns. At the same time, the IDF frequently raids Refugee Camps, killing and kidnapping residents. Askar Refugee Camp in Nablus is raided every few days. The children you see in this video are deprived of their childhood.
What's happening in the West Bank today is a direct continuation of Zionist policy in Palestine since before the founding of the Israeli state. Here's an example from 1913, which sounds as if it could be today's news:
🚨 LIVE UPDATE: Army and settlers continue to lay siege to al-Mughayier Military forces and settlers raided the village, obstructed movement in and out of it, and assaulted residents throughout the day. The sole entrance to the village was first closed by a flying checkpoint shortly after 6 a.m., preventing laborers from leaving the village. The entrance remained intermittently closed throughout the day, with soldiers and settlers at times manning the checkpoint together. When he refused, the soldiers beat him, threw him back into the vehicle, drove him back to the scrapyard, and threw him to the ground. They then detained his brother, Muatassem, ordering him to clear the road as well. When he also refused, the soldiers beat him.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW: Israeli settlers and soldiers have shot dead 18-year-old Khalil Abu Alia, who was shot in the neck by a sniper, and 19-year-old Omar al-Naasan, who was shot in the back. According to some eyewitnesses al-Naasan was murdered inside the village by a settler. The soldiers, together with settlers, have stolen hundreds of sheep during several rounds of raids on the village throughout the day. Today's events began at around 5 p.m., when a group of settlers grazed their sheep next to homes on the edge of the village. A short time later, settlers, soldiers, and Border Police officers besieged the home of Mohammed Abu Alia and attacked several other houses in the area. At this point, about ten sheep were stolen by the settlers, and soldiers arrested Omar Shehada from his home after it had been attacked by settlers. Fifteen military jeeps continued to besiege the village for several hours before raiding it again at around 9:30 p.m. The forces deployed snipers on rooftops and advanced into the center of the village, where about 300 more sheep were loaded onto pickup trucks. Every week Israeli settlers march through the Old City of Hebron, accompanied by the army, harassing Palestinians on their way. Sometimes these marches turn into full-scale pogroms, with settlers burning Palestinian businesses and attacking people with impunity. Yesterday was on the less violent side, but the soldiers still harassed the locals and the journalists, and closed down Palestinian stores.
