Two Palestinians, aged 16 and 19, were killed and a third person was seriously wounded by IDF fire during a riot in Al-Mughayyir near Ramallah. The IDF said troops were securing Judea and Samaria District police officers and a civilian who entered the village to recover animals belonging to Israelis, with identifying marks indicating ownership. According to the military, rioters threw blocks and stones at the force, which fired at central instigators to remove the threat and identified hits. The IDF said the events preceding the clash and the conduct of the incident are under investigation.
