Netanyahu and Katz Order IDF War Plan if PA Forces Prepare October 7-Style Attack

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz instructed the IDF to prepare an all-out campaign if Palestinian Authority security forces or affiliated bodies launch, or are known with certainty to be preparing, an October 7-style attack. Katz said the plan would target PA leaders, security bodies, affiliated organizations and terrorist infrastructure across Judea and Samaria. Measures could include targeted strikes, evacuating communities used for attacks, demolishing infrastructure and retaining IDF control in cleared areas. Katz said Israel would not allow a return to the reality of October 7.
