The IDF and Shin Bet announced Sunday that an operation in Aqqaba in northern Samaria had uncovered a rocket and led to the arrest of ten Hamas operatives suspected of advancing attacks against Israeli civilians. IDF and Yamam forces completed the operation Sunday morning under Menashe Brigade command and Shin Bet intelligence direction. The rocket was found without a launcher and destroyed immediately. Questioning one detainee led forces to concealed weapons, including an M16 rifle and explosives intended for bomb-making, which were also destroyed on site.
