Israeli security authorities say a 16-year-old Galilee resident and Ibrahim Kaabia, 19, of Haifa will be indicted over separate alleged ISIS-linked attack plans. Investigators allege the minor contacted ISIS-linked operatives, pledged allegiance, sought explosive-belt instructions online and planned to target Jewish police officers and soldiers at the Temple Mount. Kaabia is accused of pledging allegiance to ISIS and planning an attack on an IDF base in northern Israel. Haifa prosecutors were expected to file indictments and seek both suspects’ detention through the end of proceedings; no attack occurred and no casualties were reported.
