Northern Cities Form Next Bay 53-City Alliance

The Next Bay 53-City Alliance brings together 53 local authorities from Haifa Bay through the Galilee, Kinneret valleys and Beit She'an Valley to position northern Israel for the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor. The alliance represents more than two million residents across Jewish, Arab, Druze, Bedouin, Circassian, Bahai and Ahmadi communities, with mayors stressing jobs, investment, innovation and regional development. Frank Melloul's announcement describes the earlier ambassador appointment and Haifa Bay's IMEC role. This is section-level infrastructure news: not a security emergency, but a practical Zionist answer to rebuilding the north and turning coexistence into trade capacity.
