Health Ministry Warns Against Daliyat al-Carmel Olive Oil

The Health Ministry issued a same-hour warning not to consume the counterfeit product "Shemen Zayit Hakfar Daliyat al-Carmel," labeled as produced by Mishak Hagalil in Mrar. The ministry's Food Service said the warning applies to every expiration date and package size now in marketing channels, after checks found that the producer is not known to the ministry and the oil's source is unknown. Israelis were told to buy food only from licensed, traceable marketers. Fast food-safety enforcement protects families and honest Druze and Galilee producers from counterfeit supply chains.
