Venture-capital investor Dovi Frances said at the 2026 Negev Conference in Dimona that he had not been offered a reserved place on Likud’s Knesset list. Frances said he called the prime minister’s spokesperson after seeing reports about an offer and was told none had been made. The Group 11 co-founder said public service interests him, but that he has not yet completed his mission in business.
