Iran Targets Jordan Again as Air Defenses Down Three Missiles

Jordanian air defenses intercepted and shot down three Iranian missiles targeting the kingdom on Friday morning, the Jordan Armed Forces said. The military reported no casualties or material damage, while Royal Engineering Corps teams secured sites where debris fell. The attack came as Iran launched new missile strikes against U.S.-allied countries and the United States expanded its campaign against Iranian military and infrastructure targets. Jordan said the interception was carried out under defensive procedures protecting its sovereignty, security and citizens, and reiterated that its airspace must not be used to threaten the kingdom.
