Kuwait Intercepts 32 Iranian Drones, Reports Residential Damage

Kuwait's armed forces said they intercepted 32 Iranian drones that entered the country's airspace from dawn Thursday during a new barrage aimed at vital facilities. Defense Ministry spokesman Col. Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi said falling debris landed in several residential areas and caused material damage, with no casualties reported. The military said the drones were detected and engaged as Iran continued attacks on Kuwait amid renewed fighting with the United States. The new daily tally follows separate Kuwaiti interception reports earlier this week and marks another wave of Iranian fire across the Gulf.
