U.S. Military Launches New Round of Strikes in Iran

U.S. Central Command began a new round of strikes against Iran at 3 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, the seventh consecutive night of American attacks. CENTCOM said the operation was launched at the commander in chief's direction to continue degrading Iranian military capabilities. The announcement was posted at 3:52 p.m. Eastern, about 52 minutes after the stated launch time, and did not identify target locations, weapons, casualties or damage. It confirmed that the renewed American campaign had moved into another night of operations against the Iranian regime.
