U.S. Says Sixth-Night Iran Wave Hit Dozens of Military Targets

U.S. Central Command said its sixth consecutive night of strikes on Iran ended at dawn Friday after fighter jets, attack drones and warships hit dozens of military targets. The command identified coastal-surveillance and air-defense sites, military logistics infrastructure and maritime capabilities among the targets. More than 50,000 U.S. personnel are operating across the Middle East, CENTCOM said. Iranian reports said the wider overnight campaign also struck bridges and an airport, while Iranian state television reported at least seven people killed in southern Hormozgan province.
