Israel Police arrested two minors from Jerusalem's Old City on suspicion of a racially motivated assault on a Haredi Jewish man near Damascus Gate four days earlier. Police said several minors attacked the man without provocation and recorded the incident for distribution on social media. Investigators, assisted by the Jerusalem Observation Center, identified one suspect as approaching the victim and spitting at him while the second filmed with a mobile phone. The two arrests followed the review of the recording and police observation material.
