Bahrain activated its missile alert sirens Tuesday afternoon as a fresh Iranian barrage targeted the Gulf kingdom, home to the U.S. Navy's Fifth Fleet. The alert came during a wider round of Iranian missile fire across the Gulf, with explosions reported in Kuwait and Qatar and defensive action in Jordan. Jordan's military said it intercepted three missiles in the same regional wave. No immediate damage or casualties were reported in Bahrain, while the renewed attacks followed a tenth consecutive night of U.S. strikes on Iranian military sites.
