Bahrain Sounds New Attack Warning as Iranian Strikes Continue
Bahrain sounded air-raid sirens around midday Thursday as the Gulf conflict brought another attack warning to the island kingdom. A correspondent in Manama heard an explosion after the warning. The Iranian military and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said they had targeted United States assets in Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan. Kuwait said its air defenses were responding to hostile drone threats, while Jordan reported shooting down four missiles and four drones. The developments followed a twelfth consecutive night of U.S. strikes on Iranian military targets.
