IDF Checkpoints Cause Major Delays Across Judea and Samaria

IDF forces established checkpoints across Judea and Samaria late Friday, blocking major roads and dozens of village entrances after three terror attacks within 24 hours. Heavy traffic was reported around Nablus, Tell and the Jerusalem area. A military official said the restrictions were required to prevent copycat attacks, while the army expanded its manhunt and prepared a broad counterterrorism operation. The measures followed orders for additional troop deployments and traffic controls after two Israelis were killed near Havat Gilad.
