IDF Chief Vows to Reach Every Terrorist in Samaria Attack

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir visited the scene of Friday's deadly attack in the village of Tell and said the military is pursuing every terrorist involved. He ordered continued troop reinforcements and approved plans for further counterterrorism operations after an initial debriefing with Central Command, Judea and Samaria Division, Operations Directorate, regional brigade and Border Police commanders. Zamir said additional forces deployed Friday to strengthen defense and offensive action against terrorist infrastructure. He expressed condolences to the families of reserve Master Sgt. Benayahu Melet and Maj. Yuval Ezra, wished the wounded a speedy recovery, and said the IDF would act to prevent further escalation.
