IRGC Warns Civilians to Stay 500 Meters From U.S. Forces in Region

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a Friday warning to civilians in regional countries that host U.S. troops. It told residents to stay at least 500 meters from locations where American military personnel are housed, presenting the instruction as a safety measure. The statement did not identify individual bases or name specific host countries. The IRGC described U.S. personnel as being secretly housed at the locations but supplied no evidence for that characterization. Its notice applied broadly to residents in countries hosting American forces across the region.
