Lapid to Attend Lindsey Graham Memorial Service in Washington

Opposition leader Yair Lapid will fly to the United States on Sunday night to attend Tuesday's memorial service for the late Senator Lindsey Graham in Washington, Israeli reports said. The departure is scheduled for July 26, with the service taking place July 28. Lapid's trip places him at the same Washington memorial that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is also expected to attend during his separate U.S. visit. The announcement came roughly two weeks after the death of the pro-Israel Republican senator.
