Herzog, Bahrain's King Discuss Abraham Accords and Regional Security

President Isaac Herzog and Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa spoke by phone Sunday about strengthening ties between their countries and recent regional developments. Herzog said the leaders discussed the U.S.-led Abraham Accords and their role in advancing security, stability and prosperity across the Middle East. They also addressed the importance of cooperation and dialogue among regional states. Herzog called Bahrain an important partner in shaping the region's future, praised King Hamad's leadership and vision, and thanked him for helping deepen peace, stability and cooperation between Israel and Bahrain.
