Israeli footvolley players Ron Ben Ishay and Maor Haas stand on the third-place podium beside the Brazilian medalists in Antibes

Israeli footvolley players Ron Ben Ishay and Maor Haas took bronze at the 2026 Mondial Footvolley in Antibes, France, after completing the three-day tournament Sunday night. They won Group B with victories over Switzerland, France and Spain, then eliminated Paraguay in the quarterfinals. Brazil's Hiltinho and Franklin beat the Israeli pair 18-13 in both semifinal sets. Israel was scheduled to face Germany for third place, but Joel Nisslein's injury forced the German pair to withdraw, awarding Ben Ishay and Haas the bronze medal.
