Netanyahu Says Trump Talks Confirm Full Partnership on Iran

Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of Benjamin Netanyahu and Donald Trump meeting with Israeli and American officials in the Oval Office

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his White House meeting with President Donald Trump reflected full partnership and mutual support between Israel and the United States. He said both leaders share the goal of preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and remain committed to that objective through diplomacy or other means. Netanyahu rejected claims of a rupture, saying critics looking for cracks in the relationship would find a wall. Vice President JD Vance joined the talks, the leaders’ first in-person meeting since the United States and Israel began their joint campaign against Iran.
