The IDF said it killed two Hamas terrorists in separate airstrikes in Gaza earlier this week. Ahmad Hisham Mahmoud Louh, described as the last sniper-cell commander in Hamas's Nuseirat Battalion, was killed in southern Gaza. Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Taroush, a platoon commander in Hamas's military wing who invaded Israel during the October 7 massacre, was killed in northern Gaza. The military said both men had continued trying to advance attacks against Israeli troops and civilians, and that Southern Command forces remain deployed under the agreement to remove threats.
