Iran Reports Family of Three Killed in U.S. Strike on Qeshm Island

Iranian reports said two parents and their child were killed in a U.S. strike on Qeshm Island on Thursday morning. An earlier report said a family had been trapped beneath rubble on the island after the American attack. The deaths were reported at 07:54 IDT, about half an hour after the first report of the family trapped beneath the debris. The initial accounts did not identify the victims, give their ages, specify what was targeted, or provide independent confirmation from American authorities; no further casualty figures were released.
