Trump Rejects Iran Link to Minnesota Water Cyberattacks

President Donald Trump said Iran was not behind coordinated cyberattacks that targeted more than 30 Minnesota water systems, instead blaming Minnesota and Governor Tim Walz. State and federal authorities have not publicly identified the attacker, while investigators are examining possible links to Iran-affiliated hackers amid the U.S.-Israel war with Tehran. The systems were targeted over Sunday and Monday; officials said confirmed malicious activity did not mean every community's water service was disrupted. Trump made the remarks during a cabinet meeting at Camp David.
