Israel Keeps October 7 Terrorists Outside Proposed Gaza Strike Halt

Israel recently told the White House it is willing to negotiate an agreement halting targeted killings of Palestinian terrorists in Gaza, but any deal would exclude those who took part in the October 7, 2023 massacre, according to Channel 13. Jerusalem conveyed the position as Washington's Board of Peace continued discussions over a Gaza disarmament roadmap. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will not withdraw until Hamas is genuinely disarmed. The IDF separately denied that its rules of engagement in Gaza had changed.
