Global-e Raises 2026 Outlook After Revenue Jumps 39%

Petah Tikva-based Global-e reported second-quarter revenue of $299.0 million, up 39% year over year, as gross merchandise volume rose 44% to $2.089 billion. Adjusted EBITDA increased 62% to $62.4 million, while its margin expanded by 300 basis points to 20.9%. The Israeli e-commerce technology company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $1.305-$1.355 billion from $1.220-$1.280 billion. It also lifted full-year forecasts for merchandise volume and adjusted EBITDA after posting $47.7 million in net profit and $73.2 million in free cash flow.
