Makhachkala Airport Rioter Reportedly Killed Fighting in Ukraine

Umar Janburuyev, a Russian father of four from Dagestan who joined the October 29, 2023 antisemitic mob at Makhachkala airport, was reportedly killed while fighting in Ukraine. The rioters hunted passengers arriving from Israel and wounded around 20 police and security personnel before authorities evacuated the passengers and dispersed the crowd. At least six convicted rioters reportedly remain at the front, while one returned disabled. The report did not disclose Janburuyev's death date or military unit, and the new claim has not been independently confirmed.
