Ondas Raises 2026 Revenue Forecast to $525–$550 Million After Record Quarter

American-Israeli autonomous-systems company Ondas reported second-quarter revenue of $83.8 million, up from $6.3 million a year earlier and $50.1 million in the first quarter. It raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $525–$550 million and projected $140–$155 million for the third quarter. The company said second-quarter orders reached $175 million, while reported backlog was $613 million and pro forma backlog including DZYNE and Cyberhawk was $757 million. Operating expenses rose to $199.1 million and Ondas reported a $162.9 million operating loss and an $89.7 million net loss.
