German Navy Successfully Tests Israeli LORA Missile From Operational Vessel

Germany's navy completed a successful dual operational firing trial of Israel Aerospace Industries' Naval LORA ballistic weapon system during its OPEX program. IAI said the missile was launched from an operational German vessel equipped with a command trailer and launcher, followed its planned trajectory in both scenarios, and struck its targets with utmost precision. The company said all trial objectives were met. IAI chairman Boaz Levy called the overnight test unprecedented for IAI and Israel's Defense Ministry, while chief executive Guy Bar Lev said it demonstrated the operational and technological depth of Israeli-German cooperation.
